Nicolas Ramírez is a Grammy® and Latin Grammy® award-winning producer, composer, mixing engineer, and recording engineer. He has worked producing and composing for renowned artists such as Camilo, on songs like ''Pegao,'' ''Mareado,'' and ''Índigo,'' as well as on his latest album “Cuatro.” For the 2024 Latin Grammy Awards, Nicolás has received nominations in the categories of Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Best Tropical Album, Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album, and Best Tropical Song. These nominations bring his total to 16, solidifying Ramírez as a key figure in music production at an international level. He has also worked with high-profile artists such as Will Smith, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, Bad Bunny, Shawn Mendes, Jaden Smith, Alessia Cara, Marc Anthony, Alejandro Sanz, Residente, Gustavo Lima, Kany García, Pablo Alborán, India Martínez, Tiziano Ferro, Ricardo Arjona, Lola Astanova, Paula Arenas, Diana Fuentes, among others. Nico graduated in Audio Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He then obtained his Master of Fine Arts in Sound Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, United States. From 2018 to 2021, he was the Chief Recording and Mixing Engineer at Art House, a studio owned by Grammy® award winner Julio Reyes Copello. In addition to his recognized work in the music industry, he has also worked on films, documentaries, television series, and animated series, both as a composer and in sound design.
